If a customer asks for a style you can't do, you should just say do. My mother went there for s simple cut and the stylist cut ALL her hair off!!!!!!! She's been literally crying for days!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

I have a 40 minute drive w/tolls to have Nancy cut my hair! She has been saving me from hair snafus for more years than I can count! The entire staff is warm, caring and truly interested in giving you their best. Kudos Hairem for so many years of stellar service!
